In SAS® Merchandise Allocation, store eligibility might be incorrect when eligibility is defined at both SKU level and a higher level. This issue occurs when the following are true:
The stores that are defined as ineligible at the higher level are marked as ineligible for the SKU that uses the attributes from the SKU level.
Example:
SKU A -- Attributes are defined at SKU level
SKU B -- Attributes are defined at higher level, such as department
Note: SKU A and SKU B should belong to SAME parent in the example above.
When you open the worksheet, Stores 1, 2, 3 are ineligible for SKU A, which is incorrect. Only stores 1 and 2 should be ineligible for SKU A.
There is no workaround for this issue.
